All work processes are concentrated in two state of the art factories, but where the human element is always given its due importance: employees are given responsibility for constantly controlling quality.

In the factory at Corio Canavese, parts weighing up to 200 kg are produced in medium-large series. There are 5 drop-forging lines operating with hammers of from 1,000 to 32,500 Kgm. Apart from drop-forging, various other mechanical processes are carried out on the forged pieces, including welding and other operations for the assembly of the finished pieces.
The factory is divided into 4 independent and interconnected departments:
- Drop-forging
- Laboratory analyses and Metrology Room.
- Construction of moulds.
- Mechanical processing and assembly.
The factory at Rivara Canavese is dedicated, instead, to the production of parts weighing up to a maximum of 35 kg, in medium-small series. It has 8 pressing lines with presses of from 1,000 to 4,000 t.
