CANAVERA & AUDI has been hot-forging steel since 1935.

At its production units in Corio, north of Turin 5 forging lines with 1.000 to 32500 kgm drop hammers , supplied by electric furnaces,
operate to produce small-medium runs of pieces weighing up to 150 kg .

Over the years , our hot-forging operation have been joined by other departments for the mechanical finishing of forged items , welding and assembly.

The Corio plant now features four distinct , but efficiently coordinated units for :

• Billet cutting , hammer forginig and subsequent treatments.
  
• Mechanical and assembly operations , laboratory analysis and metrology .

• Die and tooling construction , quality control equipment manufacturing.

• Despatch warehouse.
